Feeding the addiction

So I bought yet another camera today. This time it's a Panasonic LX1. This is a small, pocketable camera but a little bit larger than my (too small) Pentax Optio S4. The S4 is fantastic for running with but just a bit too fiddly to use. My hope is that the LX1 will be my new travel camera - small enough to stick in a pocket, but full manual controls, a decent Leica lens, 8Mp sensor and a native wide screen sensor (16:9) Finally I might have found the digital x-pan that I've been looking for. I also think this will let me play around a lot more freely with ideas, without having to wield the full Canon 1DII.

I'm definitely interested in hearing your evaluation of this camera as you get used to it. I'm planning on replacing my Canon S410 soon and your choice seems like a good one. Let us know how it goes...
